Working for a company (20 people) that have returned +20% in each of its previous two years, the hire will move in to a role that reports directly in to the COO. The hire will work with a broad remit stretching across operations, middle office, finance and risk management. By taking on treasury tasks, the hire will be able to directly impact the firm’s P&L. You will shadow the COO directly. You will also work closely with the COO on a large internal infrastructure build out/automation projects. The hire will be open to a number of progression options across various areas of the business as the fund continue to rapidly expand.
The hire should be a 2017/2018 graduate from a highly reputable university, with a degree in a relevant subject. Candidates should have post-graduate experience, working in an operational/support role for a financial services firm. Any strong derivatives product knowledge/experience would be hugely beneficial.
The role will pay a 30-45k base salary and a 25-50% bonus for a strong performer.
