A well established and dynamic systematic Hedge Fund are looking for a junior to join their lean sales/business development team in London. The incoming junior marketer will be working closely with and support the Global Head of Sales across the full sales cycle and in time will have the opportunity to develop their own book of clients across EMEA and APAC.
We are looking for a junior individual with 1 – 3 years of experience in product specialist, sales or investor relations teams. The incoming hire will have to be highly entrepreneurial, with very high academics (preferably a degree in Maths, Physics or Statistics), yet have the capacity to grow into a sales role interacting with complex institutional investors.
Having a solid technical understanding of equities, FX or futures will be a strong advantage for the incoming hire. We are looking for a very polished team player – cultural fit is extremely important as well a demonstrable awareness and interest in the systematic/quant asset management space.
