Founded 8 years ago, the company has three offices across Europe, 40 investment professionals, and are multi-billion in AUM.
There is now an opportunity at Director level considering the upcoming promotions of the current Directors to MD. With this in mind, they are considering candidates not only currently working at Director level, but also exceptional VP candidates that are also about to be promoted.
A TMT background is required as the hire will be expected to identifying investment opportunities as quickly as possible. At the firm, everyone from Director level upwards is suposed to propose investments (with a justified business case). In fact, it is a large part of the role, spending time in the market and honing in on a sub-sector, reporting and presenting weekly to the Partners and MDs on that space.
The other side of the role is the management and oversight of the VPs and juniors executing on given investments and ensuring smooth transaction and process of the investment lifecycle.
Hires are being made at Director level on both the growth equity, and VC side of the business.
Candidates profiles preferably include (but not exhaustive to):
- A current role at a IB/M&A Advisory/PE firm at Director or Senior VP level.
- TMT background, with ability to bring market knowledge for the sector, or better still, a sub-sector from day one.
- A preference to work in a dynamic boutique business with ability to be adaptable and take responsibility.
- Strong academic background.
Base salary is dependent on candidates. Bonuses 100%+ and optional equity from MD level.
