A West-End based boutique advisory firm are looking to add to their team. The business are TMT focussed and have been increasing their market share since inception in 2015. Every employee in the business is self-sufficient, marketing their own sub-sectors and taking ownership for their own deals. The Founding Partner is happy to guide new joiners but ultimately wants them to not need hand-holding. Given the success of his model, the success of the business in 2018, and the early forecast for 2019, including a large US deal, he is looking to hire another Manager.
They are an ambitious firm, hard-working firm, that also respect the importance of work-life balance. With a couple Directors having young families the days are typically 8.30-6 and there is flexibility to work around personal circumstances.
The team all have CIMA qualifications and worked in M&A at the Big 6 or boutique business prior to joining. Team fit is hugely important given the size of the business but the key criteria is attitude and ambition.
