Loris leads our Macro and Relative Value investment practice. His team have produced extensive mapping of the multi-strategy and single-manager hedge fund space, which is used to demonstrate knowledge of and contribute to the execution of Portfolio Manager mandates. A native Italian speaker, Loris speaks Spanish, French and English proficiently and read Law at the University of Kent.

Giorgia leads the Risk Management practice of Mondrian Alpha, working on global risk management roles with top tier hedge funds. As a Consultant, she covers Risk Analyst, Quant Risk Analyst, Risk Manager, Head of Risk and CRO mandates across our client base of multi-strategy, global macro, systematic and fundamental long/short equity hedge funds. She is also responsible for conducting in-depth research covering the dynamics of the Risk market, which has helped her to develop extensive knowledge of the market structure. Giorgia focuses on building successful, long-term relationships with candidates and clients. Prior to joining Mondrian Alpha, she worked in Capital Markets research at Anson McCade. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.

Benji works alongside Darren and focuses on a variety of roles within hedge fund operations. Over the past 6 years he has become the trusted go-to person for most of London’s biggest hedge funds and has built a strong network within this space. Stephanie focuses on Systematic investment hiring at Mondrian Alpha. She is responsible for building a valuable network within the Systematic space across London and New York for front office Quantitative Researchers and Portfolio Managers. Prior to Mondrian, she built the Product Management and Design businesses for the Technology division at Robert Walters, London. Stephanie holds an MBA from IE Business School, Spain, and a BA in Applied Economics from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. She is a native Spanish speaker, and speaks English, Italian and French proficiently.

Jeremy is part of the consulting team within Mondrian Alpha Dubai. Jeremy has been working in the Middle East since 2020 and during his time has worked with both regional and global investment focused firms helping them to grow their respective teams. Misha works alongside Craig as an Associate within the finance team which covers the entire alternatives space, including hedge funds, private equity, real estate and credit. Josh is responsible for leading our Equities focused investment mandates, across Long/Short, Equity Arbitrage and Long-Only funds, with complete coverage of both the UK and US markets. He has produced comprehensive market maps and research of the multi-manager and single-manager funds of both markets with a track record of execution from Portfolio Manager hires through to Analyst mandates. Craig leads the non-investment practice in the US and is based out of our New York office. He personally recruits in to accounting & finance across the alternatives space including hedge funds, public & private equity, real estate, pubic & private credit & proprietary trading firms. His main focus is on Senior Finance/Director level and CFO searches whilst overseeing a team that focuses on junior to mid-level mandates. He began his recruitment career at Goodman Masson where he developed their investment management desk. Craig holds a BA in Management and MSc in Marketing from the University of Leicester.

Yasmine joined Mondrian Alpha in 2013 and leads the asset raising and retention search practice. Jonathan joined Mondrian Alpha to help lead their Middle East business based out of the DIFC. He will be looking after the firm’s regional coverage with clients across their respective asset classes. Jonathan has been based in the gulf since 2008 and during that time has helped both regional, global and sovereign entities grow their executive teams. His focus has been within the fundraising/sales and investment markets.

Cormac works alongside Yasmine & Joshua as an Associate within the asset raising and retention team, which covers both the entirety of private markets, as well as hedge funds. Beyond this, Cormac has spent a considerable amount of time within the consultant relations market and has met the majority of professionals within the space. Emma leads the UK finance division for Mondrian Alpha and has recruited for Accountants within the Alternative Investment space for 6 years. She started her career in an Asset Management firm where she worked as an Investment Analyst. The team covers finance roles at all levels and have conducted comprehensive compensation surveys, thought leadership pieces, and built detailed market maps. Her expertise allows her to effectively partner with stakeholders, adding value to candidates and clients at every point of an engagement. Emma holds a degree in Maths with Economics from Exeter University and has completed the 'Business's moving to Net-Zero' course with Cambridge University.

James is our Chief Development Officer, he is responsible for the global strategic growth at Mondrian Alpha. He also leads the quantitative search practice, responsible for the origination and delivery of searches within hedge funds across London and New York. Over James’s long tenure in the front office quantitative market, he has developed lasting relationships which are supported by a fundamental understanding of the changing dynamics of the space. This experience is leveraged to identify opportunities and execute mandates on behalf of his clients. Prior to this James built up the front office business for a niche quantitative search firm. He trained at Huxley Associates and worked with Talal (Partner) at Capital Chase.

Silvan is a principal in Mondrian Alpha’s private debt practice, mainly covering mandates in the distressed credit/special situations space. Oliver works alongside Emma in Mondrian Alpha’s finance practice. Oliver originates and executes accountancy searches across the entire alternative space including hedge funds, private equity, real estate, and credit. His main focus is on identifying candidates for positions such as Financial Controller, Finance Director, and CFO, and oversees a team that supports with junior to mid-level mandates. While working within Ernst & Young's Banking and Capital Markets Assurance division for four years, he gained a thorough understanding of accountancy and the financial services market, working on complex Financial Services clients and doing his ACA qualification.

Patrick is a part of Mondrian’s Credit practice. He joined our New York office in 2024 from Korn Ferry, where he most recently led both junior and senior-level Investment Banking mandates with additional experience across Private Equity and Corporate Development. In that role, Patrick helped to complete searches across all products and sectors and for platforms of all sizes. Previously, he led Korn Ferry’s Investment Banking research function in the US. Peter is a founding partner of Mondrian Alpha. He was instrumental in building out both the asset raising and credit function. He now leads a team which specialises in direct lending, distressed, CLO, high yield and private equity. In addition to search, Peter also oversees the firm’s compensation surveys which are recognised across the alternatives space in London. Prior to Mondrian Alpha, Peter spent a number of years working within the banking practice at Huxley Associates. He supported clients from a corporate strategy perspective through building out internal teams to formulate and execute on strategies for change and growth. Steve is a Principal running the US Credit practice . Prior to joining Mondrian Alpha, he spent 8 years at Bay Street Advisors running the credit practice where he focused on mandates across IG, HY, and Distressed credit, as well as Structured Credit searches in CLOs, MBS, and ABS. Overall, Steve has 15 years of search experience, all of which have been spent focusing on US Credit markets. He holds a BA in History and Government from Colby College.

Jasmine is our Operations Manager & EA recruitment consultant. Her responsibilities include recruitment and management of tier 1 assistants to our buy side clients. Operationally, Jasmine leads our graphic design function and supervises most administrative activities across the business as well as any special projects. Previously, Jasmine worked as an administrator at a stockbrokers, helping her to gain valuable organisational and administrative skills as well as an understanding of the finance industry. Jasmine has completed an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration.
