We are working exclusively with an extremely exciting, fast-growth investment firm to help them secure an Assistant Management Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional looking to broaden their experience in a dynamic, technology-led environment that blends traditional investment strategies with digital asset expertise.

Day to day, you will support across end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes, managing vendor payments, reconciling statements, processing invoices, and tracking expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance. You will assist with month-end reconciliations, bookkeeping, VAT returns, and preparation of management accounts and internal financial reports. The role will also involve supporting automation initiatives across finance, working with the technology team to streamline workflows and develop dashboards that enhance operational efficiency.

We are seeking candidates with 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally within a high-growth or financial services or tech environment. Strong Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with Python, SQL, or VBA would be desirable. A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for improving processes through technology will be key to success in this role.

The firm offers a flexible budget (£45,000–£65,000) with the potential for a 20–30% uplift for the right candidate, plus a highly competitive bonus.
