This is a front office role – the hire, as a stand-alone, will act as a fundamental intermediary between the investment team (headed by an industry leading CIO that you face off to) and the economists / broader research team.

The hire can progress internally into a more senior / leadership role, into another area of the business / front office, or into one of its offices overseas.

Candidates should have 5-10yrs experience in an IB business manager role. We could consider hedge fund professionals (in FO support roles) looking for a new focus. A strong derivatives skill set is important. Candidates should have a first class degree, from a top tier university.

The role can pay up to a £150k base salary and a front office bonus, a very large % of base for a top performer, making this a lucrative position for an ambitious individual stepping up.
