This is a unique opportunity to join a market leading hedge fund, at both a crucial and exciting time for its rapidly expanding US CLO business. The hire will work a dual hands on CLO operations remit + he/she will work with the Global Head of Credit Operations / Middle Office to build out the US Loan Operations function. The BAU remit includes CLO analytics, reporting, settlement, loan documentation, hypothetical trade testing, and compliance. This hire will not sit with the broader operations team, but rather on the investment desk supporting two CLO Portfolio Managers directly – additional ad-hoc project work, specific to the CLO investment team, will therefore also form a core component of the role.

Candidates should have 2-5yrs operations/middle office experience, with strong experience in CLO / loans.

The firm is looking to offer up to a $130k base salary for the role + a solid bonus component.

Whilst the hiring manager would prefer the hire to be in the office 2-3 days per week, the hire has flexibility to work more/less each week from the office (albeit this is not a fully remote role).
