This is not a traditional “ticket-closing” helpdesk role - the team is specifically looking for a sharp, ambitious engineer who wants to grow into automation, tooling, and broader infrastructure responsibility over time.
The ideal candidate will have strong Windows desktop support experience, confidence troubleshooting across hardware/software environments, and a genuine interest in scripting, process improvement, and scaling support through automation.
