As finance manager you will have the responsibility of leading two extremely high calibre, dynamic financial accountants on the team, and have an overview of the group's corporate month-end, consolidated management accounts, and board-level MI. You will report directly into senior management, and lead on financial control, budgeting, statutory reporting and liaise with external advisors ensuring accurate filings.

The ideal candidate is ACA/ACCA qualified, with 4-8 years' PQE, ideally from financial services or private equity along with exceptional academics and minimum STEM bachelors degree. The firm are looking for a candidate with strong management skills able to oversee an exceptionally high performing team, a hands-on approach to process improvement, and the ability to balance multiple plates at once.
