The firm are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join their finance team and report directly into their Head of Financial Control. This hire will play a key role in supporting the firm's global operations, deliver analytical depth across FP&A, financial control & strategic finance initiatives. Its a highly visible position with regular interaction with senior leadership.

You will be responsible for running period FP&A cycles, support scenario and sensitivity analysis, build models to guid decision making across technology investments and long-range planning. You will take ownership of reporting for several IFRS entities and develop insights that feed directly into the strategic discussions across the firm's trading and research functions.

The role operates in a highly tech-enabled finance function, and will allow you to deliver automation, refine processes and enhance workflow efficiency without requiring extensive coding experience.

Whilst the firm operates in a flat structure, you will share leadership responsibilities with the hiring manager, and act as a key business partner to global stakeholders, managing relationships with both internal teams and external advisors.

We are looking for qualified (ACA/ACCA) candidates with minimum 5+ years PQE, currently working in hedge funds, alternative investment firms, or tech-focused firms. Strong modelling & technical capabilities capabilities, along with the ability to work in a high-performance setting are essential to this role.
