A high performing fixed income hedge fund are looking to hire a TA for their expanding European loans trading desk.

Working alongside a Portfolio Manager and a Trader, the trading assistant will have a broad remit covering core TA (trade bookings, P&L analysis), valuations, risk management and treasury responsibilities. The hire can also expect to regularly work on a wide variety of projects for the trader, but also projects / shadow tasks for the COO.

Candidates should have 1-5yrs experience in a credit focused operations / trade support / middle office / TA role. Top tier academics are a requirement.

The role will offer the hire a strong step up on their current base salary, within a £60-80k base salary banding. Bonuses for an exceptional performer could be 50%.
