This role is both broad and hands-on, with responsibilities spanning treasury operations, margin and payments oversight, and acting as the key escalation point for a team of juniors. There is a strong strategic component, with the hire expected to lead and deliver major projects as trading volumes scale, focusing on process optimisation, improving existing infrastructure, and enhancing operational robustness across the function.

The position also carries meaningful leadership responsibility, with a clear mandate to support and develop junior team members, helping shape the long-term capability and culture of the function.

Candidates may come from either the buy side or sell side and should have solid exposure to treasury operations, ideally including margin and payments. Strong academics are preferred, as is experience developing junior team members.

The role offers compensation at the very top end of the market for this level, consistent with the firm’s reputation for paying above industry benchmarks. The position also provides hybrid flexibility, with the option to WFH 1–2 days per week.
